DAILY ADMISSION TICKETS
FREE Community Day – Oct 12
Come and join on us on Community Day with open house access to check out the facility and the ability to try tennis for the first time with some instruction from our pros. The Pros will be practicing this day, allowing you to see their preparation for the premier Calgary National Bank Challenger. This ticket will allow you unlimited access in and out of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre for the full day. General seating is available with this ticket.
Daily Admission Ticket – Oct 13 – Oct 20
This ticket will allow you unlimited access in and out of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre for the full day. General bleacher seating is available with this ticket to all courts and matches. There is a concession on site for food purchases.
VIP Daily Admission Ticket – Oct 14 – Oct 20
This ticket will allow you unlimited access in and out of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre, with general bleacher seating, and access to the VIP Rogers Hospitality lounge and viewing area for complimentary drinks, snacks during the day and a prepared meal in the evening. Day tickets are from start of play until 5PM and include snacks and drinks throughout. FULL Day tickets are from start of play until end of play and include snacks and drinks all day and dinner service. VIP tickets begin on Oct 14 as food service from Concorde Entertainment group will commence on this day.

Weekly Pass: Oct 13 – Oct 20

VIP Weekly Pass: Oct 14 – 20
This ticket will allow you unlimited access in and out of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre from start of play until end of play. This ticket provides you with general bleacher seating and access to the VIP Rogers Hospitality lounge viewing area. The lounge provides complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day with a prepared meal in the evening. VIP Weekday Pass – DAY ONLY: Oct 14 – 18
This ticket will allow you unlimited access in and out of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre from start of play until 5PM on Oct 14 to Oct 18, 2024. This ticket provides you with general bleacher seating and access to the VIP Rogers Hospitality lounge viewing area. The lounge provides complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. VIP tickets begin on Oct 14 as food service from Concorde Entertainment group will commence on this day.
Weekend Pass: Oct 18 – Oct 20

CORPORATE BOX SEATING TICKETS
LIMITED boxes are available for purchase. Your purchase will include 1 Corporate box with 4 seats to this world class professional tennis tournament. There will be assigned seating for all sessions from October 14 to 20 with VIP access to the Rogers Hospitality Lounge for each guest. A Corporate Box also includes:
- Snacks/food throughout the day at no-additional charge (dinner buffet provided each night around 5pm) provided by the Concorde Entertainment Group
- Drinks included: Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, Soft Drinks, Water, and Coffee
- 4 parking passes to a designated parking lot located near the tournament venue
- 4 official tournament programs
- Mention in official tournament program and on-site signage

Will Call is located in the lobby of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre. Opening hours will be one hour before first match until end of play after the final match. Please bring photo ID to collect tickets, VIP Passes and Box Holder Packages.

Section 1: General Information about Ticket Transferability
- General admission tickets include:
- Daily tickets
- Weekend passes
- Weekly passes
- The Weekend pass is valid for Oct 18 to Oct 20, 2024.
- The Weekly pass is valid for all days from Oct 13 – Oct 20 with VIP tickets beginning on Oct 14, 2024.
- The Weekday DAY ONLY VIP pass is valid from start up play until 5 PM on Oct 14 to Oct 18, 2024.
- Guests with VIP DAY ONLY tickets will be valid until 5PM MST, VIP guests are welcome to bleacher seating, however, they will no longer have access to the VIP lounge.
- Spectators are not allowed to duplicate the ticket by photocopying, scanning, or screen-shooting.
Section 2: Ticket Validation and Re-entering
- General admission tickets will be validated during the event once you present the ticket. Tickets will be validated at the entrance of the event venue (OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre, 295 90th Ave SE Calgary, AB T2J 0A1) by the volunteers or staff manually or digitally once the event has started and will continue until one hour before the end of the event. If patrons wish to transfer the ticket, they must do so before validating the ticket for the day, once it is validated for the day, the pass cannot be transferred or used again to enter the event venue for the Day.
- Manual validation: volunteers or staff will hole-punch or mark the valid physical tickets (a printed event ticket) on the date the ticket states and stamp the ticket holder’s arm with a stamp.
- Digital validation: volunteers or staff will validate the digital tickets (a printout of a digital copy or shown on a digital device) by scanning the barcode/QR code and stamp the ticket holder’s arm with a stamp
- Each ticket type can be validated (manually or digitally) once per day indicated on the ticket.
- After the ticket or the pass is being validated for the day, ticket holders/spectator can re-enter the event venue by showing the ticketing volunteer or staff the stamped image on their arm.
- The validation stamp image will be changed and updated each day when the gate opens.
